MXF Import

MXF import QT is a QuickTime component for the Mac OS X operating system to directly access a broad range of MXF variations. File conversion processes with Final Cut Pro's Log and Transfer or 3rd party MXF converters become obsolete. MXF media can be accessed natively in the entire Mac OS X system in the same way like QuickTime files. This enables server based editing processes with native MXF media on central storage systems. Just connect Final Cut Pro to your existing infrastructure and start editing.

P2 Flow

P2 Flow P2 Flow is a metadata editor, player and logging application for the Panasonic P2 format. It integrates seamlessly with Final Cut Pro, Compressor and other applications through a unique set of workflow features. P2 Flow can create Virtual Tapes from entire P2 cards and it allows proxy creation and format conversions through Compressor or Elgato Turbo.264 HD.

MXF Export

D10 Export FCP and GC Export FCP are export plug-ins to allow MXF wrapping directly out of Final Cut Pro. The D-10 exporter is also available as a QuickTime component to export QuickTime compatible media to MXF via the Apple QuickTime Player or other compatible applications. The GC exporter for Final Cut Pro supports more formats such as DV, DVCPRO25/50, DVCPRO HD, Uncompressed SD/HD and generic IMX in addition to the D-10/IMX standard. A Compressor plug-in for the GC exporter is under development. P2 Export FCP is a dedicated export plug-in for Final Cut Pro to directly export clips and timelines to the standard P2 card structure. AVC-Intra export to both MXF and MOV will be enabled with AVC-Intra QT, the first AVC-Intra encoder for QuickTime in Mac OS X. AVC-Intra QT will be bundled with GC Export FCP and P2 Export FCP.

MXF Capture

Just In is the first video capturing solution for the Mac that wraps video feeds from a broad range of compatible QuickTime capture devices straight to MXF without creating intermediate files. Just In allows video capturing to the standard MXF OP1a container in addition to QuickTime's MOV format. The MXF4mac SDK provides currently support for the D-10/IMX standard. Support for DV, DVCPRO25/50, DVCPRO HD and Uncompressed SD/HD will be available soon.

MXF Analyzing

MXF Info is a comprehensive MXF analyzer application that enables you to read the entire internal KLV structure of MXF files including Header, Body and Footer Partitions as well as MPEG and AES3 essence header information. The tool can be used independently from our import and export products and allows a deep look inside MXF files. We used MXF Info within the last years for internal development and support. In addition you can also download the free MXF Info Light version to perform basic analyzing of MXF assets.
